Hi, I’m Jasmine, Founder of Grow hypnotherapy.

I am a certified Hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, and mindfulness coach, trained at the iNLP Centre and registered with the British Institute of Hypnotherapy. Before pursuing my passion for well-being, I worked as an administrative manager at a community center, where I supported local people by offering inclusive activities designed to enhance well-being, ease financial struggles, and improve overall quality of life.

My deep interest in emotional stability, transformation, and well-being means that my successful career has been something that has been extremely fulfilling and rewarding in my ways. I believe it is my mission to create a positive change in society, contributing to a more unified, sustainable future for all.

I am passionate about guiding my clients through a transformative journey—whether that means uncovering the roots of their struggles, facilitating personal growth, or providing the tools and knowledge to empower them. My approach is flexible and tailored to you. We can explore as deeply as you’re ready to go, and in some cases, we may even touch on generational work, uncovering patterns that have been passed down through ancestral lines. The work we do together is not only deeply therapeutic, but also enlightening in terms of the education and knowledge recived. Hypnotherapy can help you with many issues; I offer support for a wide range of specific symptoms, and specialise in stress and anxiety relief.

My specialised focus on stress and anxiety, in both adults and children, grew from my own experiences as a mother to two small children. When, at one point, I faced overwhelming, almost unbearable stress, feeling unsupported and under intense pressure from modern life. This experience sparked my desire to bring change to our school systems, workplaces, and society through my own work, in order to better understand and address extreme stress, it’s causes, and it’s knock on effects (Which affect every aspect of life). I began developing strategies to manage stress and, through my personal studies, realized the profound impact that hypnotherapy and mindfulness actually have. Not only do these techniques help me personally, but they have also proven to be much more scientific and tangible than I imagined, as scientific studies support the effectiveness of hypnotherapy and mindfulness, with brain scans showing activity in the brain related to the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing our stress response within the body.

Through my specialised work with stress and anxiety, I aim to share the tools I’ve learned and developed with individuals, schools, and communities, helping people gain the ability to create a place within them where they can relax at will—anywhere, anytime. By doing so, my goal is to empower people to take control of their emotions and perceptions, especially in those moments when it is needed the most.
