Mindful living - beginners course
The 6 week course, created as a stand alone course that introduces you to the theories and practises of mindfulness, including it’s origins, purpose and history, is intended to provide students with a base and understanding which will incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives as an ingrained habit. Mindfulness, like meditation is a practise that requires many hours to perfect, but any hours put in will bring the student great satisfaction as benefits will be felt from any amount of practise. For this reason the course offers 6 1 hour sessions, with the option of staying an extra 30 minutes at the end of each session to practise the mindfulness techniques spoken about in class. Personalised sessions to fit client needs..
Throughout my personalized sessions we will work together to define achievable goals. For each goal we will delve deep into the subconscious mind and reframe the thoughts and beliefs held there regarding certain situations within your life. We will use NLP techniques, both deep and light states of hypnosis, mindfulness awareness practise, breathwork and client lead talking therapy.
I will personally plan each session content, including activities, hypnotic scripts, take home recordings and practises.
If you take my mindfulness course you will get a personalised tree metaphor print, showing how you are deeply related to the beliefs that you hold and how we can compare them to the branches of a tree.
Your sessions with me will be fun, welcoming and inviting and I will be available via email for support during the week and out of sessions should you need it. I do not place exaggerated boundaries, I am a realist and I want you to feel heard and valued every step of the way.
